Program Overview

The Community Center of Northern Westchester offers free English classes for non-native speaking adults. The 2.5 hour classes focus on improving conversation skills.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesdays: 6:30 PM - 8:00PM
Saturdays: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Student and Volunteer Success Stories

CCNW offers a variety of other classes, including sewing & design, basic computer & internet skills, and basics of construction and OSHA construction. A testament to our success is many of the students attend these free workforce classes AND attend our ELS classes to give themselves the greatest chances of success -- to become self-sufficient.
