Program Overview

Antioch Adult Education offers free classes to help adult students in ESL, GED preparation, Adult Basic Skills (reading, writing, math), career and college readiness, and career skills training. Students call to sign up for GED or ESL orientation sessions before beginning classes. Classes are open entry/open exit and follow the Antioch School District calendar, beginning in August and ending in June. We have a school counselor available Monday - Friday and a college/career transition specialist available on Wednesdays. We also offer career/college workshops. We are in the process of expanding the number and times of classes offered so we can more easily accommodate flexible student schedules.
