Program Overview

Buffalo Pepin Literacy Alliance (BPLA) is a non-profit organization that provides FREE, confidential adult education services to residents of both Pepin and Buffalo Counties. BPLA offers critical math, reading, writing, career readiness, GED/HSED and English Language Learning (ELL) programs. BPLA provides personalized individual as well as small group literacy instruction through its network of dedicated volunteers and committed partners.
