Program Overview

COMPUTERIZED NETWORK (GED ACADEMY, TABE ACADEMY, COMPUTER ESSENTIALS AND WORK ESSENTIALS). The program services literacy needs throughout rural Calaveras County at the Main Library and three Calaveras County locations (Detention Center, Probation, and CalWorks) along with seven (7) branch library locations. The expansion of the technological application of literacy instruction is the future of rural Calaveras County literacy.

Cost Info

All expenditures are covered by revenues generated by State of California grants, Calaveras County charge-back for literacy services provided, tax insert donations, Friends of the Library donations and support.
