Program Overview
CAP Tulsa's Family Advancement programs are available to low-income parents with children enrolled in CAP Tulsa's Early Childhood Program. Families in CAP Tulsa's early childhood education program have access to programs such as CareerAdvance, which helps parents served by the agency develop academic skills to earn a GED and become prepared for a college or vocational program. The agency also offers an ESL option to English language learning parents who want to improve their English speaking, reading, and writing skills.

CAP provides ESL and GED programs through a partnership with Union Public Schools' Adult Learning Center.
