Program Overview
CFR is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), community-based agency serving children, birth to five and their families in the Upper Passaic County area of NJ, since 1980. We provide an array of services to over 500 eligible, low-income children and families (prenatal through age 5) with the overall goal of promoting school readiness through comprehensive, high-quality child development programs and family strengthening services.
