Program Overview
Community Achieves is an MNPS community school initiative, linking students and families to enrichment opportunities and vital community resources. Community Achieves provides a framework to support students, families, and communities by leveraging community resources and aligning them to school strategic plans through an annual needs assessment, community school standards, formalized group partner meetings, and coordinating positions.
