Program Overview
Delaware County Literacy Council (DCLC) provides free tutoring and small-group instruction to help adults learn English, improve basic literacy skills (reading, writing, math), and/or prepare for a high school equivalency exam, such as the GED.
Services are available in daytime and evening and at various locations around the county, including Chester, Upper Darby, local libraries, and remotely.
