Early Learning Readiness

Program Overview

The Early Learning Readiness Program is a program in which we facilitate early childhood development skills to informal family, friend and neighbor caregivers. We will provide caregivers with the skills necessary to help prepare the children for a school environment. We are also providing social development skills, as well as introducing them to resources that will help them provide a stimulating home environment that facilitates developmental growth. This program instills in children and their caregivers a lifelong love for learning through play.

Come play with us! The Y's Early Learning Readiness Program
provides a stimulating environment for children to play and learn, developing the physical, verbal and social skills they'll need to start school ready to succeed.

In an informal setting with multiple play stations, caregivers will learn more about how children develop and how they can encourage learning and skill building at home.
