Program Overview
Howard Adult Center is the home of Georgetown County Adult Education. As a South Carolina Adult Education program, we strive to assist adults in obtaining the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and self-sufficiency; in the completion of a secondary school education; and we assist adults who are parents to obtain the educational skills necessary to become full partners in the educational development of their children.
