High School Financial Literacy Project

Program Overview

Financial Literacy Classes provide a twelve-week basic financial instruction to area high school junior and seniors. These classes cover saving and checking, taxes and interest, home and auto loan, investing, paths to employment, paying for post-secondary education and retirement. Additionally, local business leaders in the respective areas of expertise conduct a weekly talk for students to offer advice and information.
