Our policy is to serve all individuals regardless of race, religion, ethnic group, or economic or social status.
The Center provides academic and vocational opportunities for the disadvantaged. Our programs include but are not limited to adult literacy skills, mentoring, after-school tutoring, youth development, computer literacy, and career development for adults in our community. The center also mobilizes the Hispanic community and serves as a relay point for information in collaboration with the local agencies to implement community outreach programs and activities.
Partnership includes CMC-NE, RCCC, UNCC, Cabarrus County Schools, Toys for Tots, local churches and many other organizations. The center also provides GED/English/Spanish classes, preventive health and wellness programs for adults and children.
