Program Overview
Howard College San Angelo's Adult Education and Literacy program serves 13 counties with English as a Second Language (ESL) courses, High School Equivalency (HSE or GED) courses, test preparation courses for the TEAS and TSIA2 exams, and assistance with select training programs available on campus. Our goal is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to be successful in their academic and career journeys at no cost. Our team of highly qualified Instructors, Career Navigators, and Enrollment Specialists are ready to help students with barriers to success while in our program.

The only potential cost for our program is if any students are under 21 years of age, they will have to pay for the official GED testing.Education services
