Program Overview

Express H.O.M.E. Program is a non-profit organization and an approved provider through the Georgia GVRA Program. Through a collaboration with Joynt Production Network, GVRA and the Express H.O.M.E. Program we have a field office located in Augusta, GA. We provide ongoing vocational development services to adolescent teens and young adults between the ages of 16-26 with or have graduated with an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) or a 504 Plan.

Our Work Readiness Training to underserved students that seek our services, we also offer soft skills such as social skills, people skills, communication skills, character traits, and career exploration.
