Let's Help GED Classes

Program Overview

Let's Help has been serving the community since 1969, providing needed services to the homeless, low-income and impoverished individuals facing extreme adversity in their lives. We serve 89,000 hot meals every year and provide emergency assistance with rent, utilities, and medical needs to nearly 6,000 individuals. We know that the most critical impediment to breaking the cycle of poverty is a lack of education and as such, our Adult Education/GED program helps to build the basic skills needed in the workplace, community, and in life. Through the Older Kansans Employment Program we provide assistance to clients 55 and older with resume writing, job search, computer skills, and interviewing techniques.
