Program Overview

7 Ways OCCC Charter School is Different:
- Older students. Our school helps students ages 18 to 25 achieve a high school diploma.
- Custom education. We create a personal academic plan for each student to fulfill any outstanding high school credits and prepare for the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE).
In-school study. We don't have packet work. All of our classes are taught in-person or online with the guidance of a teacher.
- Online classes. We have more than 200 online classes available to our students.
- Cutting-edge technology. Our classrooms are outfitted with computerized smart boards and our computer labs contain more than 50 personal computers.
- Innovative instruction. From literacy-building classes to nonverbal online math courses, our curriculum overcomes obstacles to learning.
- Flexible schedule. We know our students have obligations, so we offer classes with flexible start times.
