Program Overview

The READ Program has been in existence for more than 30 years. READ students who are 18 years and older receive individualized, confidential tutoring in the areas of reading and writing, English as a Second Language, and GED preparation. We are located on the 2nd floor of the Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library
