Program Overview
Project: "The Joy of Education"
The project addresses and meets three areas of need for youth and adults in our community: maintaining school
attendance, preventing high school dropouts, and returning adults to school promoting adult literacy. The program
will allow computer access for information and classes that will assist the student in preparing for tests, filling out applications and tutoring programs. We provide resume assistance and employment interview techniques. Volunteer teachers and computer programmers will help facilitate the program and project. We have slowed our in-person attendance due to Covid 19, and are assisting students by providing donated computers for online GED assistance.
