The SUNY Syracuse Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) provides tuition-free innovative academic programs leading to higher education and vocational training programs leading to gainful employment and economic self-sufficiency. Programs include High School Equivalency Preparation (GED), College Preparation, English-for-Speakers-of-Other-Languages, Medical Billing & Coding, Medical Secretary, Security Guard, Surge Advanced Manufacturing, Construction Readiness, ATTAIN Lab (computer skills), Tutoring, and more!
