Program Overview

The program is a community service program with six components: STEM Education, employment and entrepreneurship skills training, tutoring & counseling, financial literacy and investor education, fitness & wellness and violence prevention training. The program provides training 3 times per week to 101 participants for a 12-month period to children, youths and young single mothers between ages 5-21 years old within the inner-city neighborhood of Buffalo, New York. We provide specialist skills trainers with outstanding qualifications and community involvement experience. Skills specialists meet one-on-one with each participant to diagnose their strengths and weaknesses. They then devise an intensive program to meet their needs and expand their overall skills. The program is thorough and specially designed to effectively address the vital issues relevant to stem education, employment & entrepreneurship skills training, financial literacy & investor education, and violence prevention. We teach participants how to handle explosive situations in a positive manner. We help youths to manage their limited financial resources and make intelligent decisions that will contribute to their future and financial well-being.
