Program Overview
The Literacy Program at the Bristow Public Library was established in 2022 and offers free literacy programs to all persons within 50 miles of Bristow, Muscogee Creek Nation, Oklahoma. We offer textual literacy, digital literacy, English as a Second Language, and citizenship education for adults. Through a generous grant from Gale-Cengage and the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, we also offer an Adult High School Completion Program. While most of our literacy programs are offered in-person, some are also offered in hybrid (digital and in-person) settings.
