Program Overview
Top Floor Learning Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping adult learners achieve their educational goals. TFL offers a full range of adult literacy services that include: English as a Second Language instruction; preparation for the U. S. citizenship test; High School Equivalency preparation; basic reading, writing, and math instruction, high school and college tutoring; specialized preparation (e.g. TOEFL, ASVAB), as well as basic computer skills development. Our organization tries to meet the needs of all adult learners that seek our help regardless of their educational level.
