Program Overview

Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a free evidence-based home visiting program that focuses on child development and school readiness. Our parent educators provide quality services that ultimately strengthen families and prepare children for a lifetime of success.

Through PAT, parents will enhance their understanding of child development and interaction:

  • To apply proven parenting practices that help your child grow and develop
  • To detect developmental delays and health issues
  • To increase your child's school readiness and success
  • To strengthen your relationship with your child
