Student and Volunteer Success Stories

"I arrived to the US this year and I was so afraid to go shopping by myself, yesterday (11/10/2021) I was able to shop some shoes and provide my phone number and I understood everything the lady at the cashier asked." - L1 student, 30 year old female

"I have been in the US for 13 years and I have been looking for classes. I wanted consistency and there have been ESL classes here, but I couldn't get the consistency I needed. Through ZEAL I have been able to get structure, consistency, practice, and confidence with my English. I have been learning more here than I have been in the last 13 years in Manchester. Thank you teacher Alondra." - L2 student, 45 year old female
"...I am thankful for the resources we have. I am thankful for this English Class and Alondra and the people that make this class happen..." Thanksgiving 2021, L3, 48 year old female.
